Even if the bundle of cash which Philippine National Police director Dela Paz brought into Russia is legal, the world will still be wondering how could he carry such amount when the RP Armed Forces can’t even provide decent equipment to its soldiers.
Former Gen. Lacson even said there’s no such thing as ‘contingency fund’ for travel expenses!
If you’re a cop or a soldier entering a suspicious country and carrying bundles of cash called contingency fund, what do you expect to happen? Clue: ‘contingency fund’ is a military term used during war.
Its even too moronic for a double bluff.
Maybe Dela Paz deliberately tried to get caught to expose the corruption and ruin someone’s career. If that’s so, he did a good job.
