A universal McCann study on social media said ‘Philippines had the highest penetration of social networking on the Net at 83.1% compared with the global average of 57.5%.’ Only South Korea nosed out Philippines in blog readership: 92.1% to Philippines’ 90.3%.

Netizens all over the world  prefer to read blogs rather than write it.
